Ouch. Last night I had three of the four winners on my $12 ticket, including my top pick, Magic Tricks, who paid $39. My single, who was over bet at 7-5, failed me.

Meet totals: standard ticket, three plays, -$38, whale ticket, one play, -$24.

Standard ticket: 50 cent play: 69/6/68/123457 = $12
Whale ticket: 50 cent play: none

Analysis:

Race 7: (6) Icommandmyspirit and (9) Jerseylicious are my two here, but it’s a tough mare pace.

Race 8: I’m going to single (6) Team Six who drops and adds lasix for a sharp barn.

Race 9: (6) Guiltywithanexcuse and (8) Rolls Blue Chip are my two here. Guiltywithanexcuse is in good form and Rolls Blue Chip drops for Burke and picks up Gingras.

Race 10: This race has very few horses that can be eliminated. I’m going to use six horses.
