Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 7-10, Friday, Dec. 5, 2014

I finished up the Championship meet with a profit of $162.75 on my Whale Ticket and a loss of $70.40 on my standard ticket. So far this fall meet I hit the Pick-4 for 50 cents once and it paid $109.70 on my $18 Whale Ticket. Saturday night both of my tickets lost, -$48. Tonight’s doesn’t look as tough as last Saturday’s.

Standard ticket: 50 cent play: 9/4/12/1358 = $4
Whale ticket: 50 cent play: 9/4/12/all = $10

Analysis:

Race 7: I think the mare, (9) Mistery Woman, will be tough off the drop here but it’s pretty wide open after her.

Race 8: (4) Power Pack Hanover is my Best Bet tonight. She raced well last week off a layoff of more than a year.

Race 9: This is a wide open trot, but I’m going to use my top two choices, (2) Revrac Harbour off the drop and (1) Lindy’s Tru Grit, also dropping.

Race 10: This is a very tough race. I’m going to use all four of my contenders on one ticket, and the field on another.
