On Monday, January 21, 2013 Northfield Park will be offering a $10,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick-4. The Pick-4 has a reduced take-out rate of just 14 percent and starts in the eighth race.

Race 9: 2- Norma’s Rose – Has two wins in a row and tries to get a threepeat tonight. 3- Brother Nick – Responded well to his new connections and looks to be able to race well again. 4- Makin Green Lavec – Has hit the board in all of her last three races; looks to be there again tonight.

Race 10: 1- Beans And Weenies – Just won this class from the rail and looks to be able to repeat tonight. 5- Richie The Clown – Raced very well last time out but has not raced in almost a month. 6- Full Of Elegance – Hamilton barn has been doing very well; this one fits nicely in this race.

Race 11: 3- Left’em Standing – Draws into a race where several could do well; this is one with a big chance to win. 4- Harmony Oaks Rebel – Has consecutive victories and looks to be able to do well again tonight. 9- Harvard’s Z Tam – Has a big shot from the second tier.
