Sacramento, CA — Fans wagering on the Cal Expo Friday night Pick-5 will have an opportunity at some nice cash.

Since no one correctly selected all five winners in the Thursday night (Jan. 17) Pick-5, a carryover of $9,279.30 will be added into the Friday night (Jan. 18) pool. An instant guarantee pool of $30,000 has been set.

The Pick-5, which offers a 16 percent reduced takeout, is offered on races three through seven. Post time for the third race is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. (PST).

Live racing continues at Cal Expo on Friday (Jan. 18) at 6:15 p.m. and on Saturday (Jan. 19) at 6:05 p.m. On Friday night, Cal Expo also offers a reduced 16 percent takeout rate on the Pick-4 (races 9-12). Additionally, the Pick-4, which also offers a 16 percent reduced takeout, has a $20,000 guaranteed gross pool.
