Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 6-9, Saturday, June 30, 2012

I’ve hit four Pick-4s so far this meet, the highest paying $238 for $1 and I’m down $143 on the meet. I didn’t like the sequence last night so I only bet $16 and lost. I’m sticking with another small ticket tonight but playing for $2 instead of $1.

For the championship meet I’m going to try more realistic, and more creative, tickets to see how that works out but be forewarned that even with much more of a spread, it’s still not easy to hit a Pick-4 at this track.

Anakysis:

6th Race: River Shark returns from Yonkers off a no-chance effort from post 7 and likes this track. I’ll single my Best Bet.

7th Race: Mysterious Moment had some late pace from a tough spot in last, moves inside Major Belle comes off a good effort and Western Trademark takes a key drop.

8th Race: Mcerlean will be a very short price here. I’m going to single, although if you can beat him you can hit big.

9th Race: Ideal Matters and Sniper Seelster are both taking key drops. I’ll stick with these two.
