Northfield Park Pick-4, Races 8-11, Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011

On Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011 Northfield Park will again offer a $10,000 (guar.) pool in the Pick-4. The Pick-4 has a reduced takeout rate of just 14 percent — the lowest in harness racing — and will start in the eighth race.

Race 8: 4- Great Balldini – Drops in class and has not been drawing very good holes.

7- Lady’s Lucky Sign – Knipper looks to have this pacer on the track for success; goes for three in a row tonight.

Race 9: 1- Master Wheels – Gets class relief and starts with the inside advantage.

2- Windansea – Yoder looks to have this trotter in very good form and has a credible chance here.

Race 10: 2- Medoland Tess – Has been on the ticket in back-to-back races; picks-up Noble tonight. 5- With Anticipation – Swartz looks to have this one headed in the right direction; one of several with a chance. 7- EJ’s Pocket Rocket – Has been pacing faster and facing better; may be able to overcome the outside post.

Race 11: 1- Pandora’s Gambit N – Was reunited with Noble in his last start and picked-up a win; retains Noble in the sulky. 7- Big Party – First start for Santantonio barn; could do just about anything.
