Columbus, OH — According to a report by The Baltimore Sun, Rosecroft Raceway will resume simulcasting in three weeks and begin live harness racing in October.

The Maryland Racing Commission voted to accept a proposal by Penn National Gaming to take out a line of credit to cover projected operating losses at Rosecroft for 2011 and 2012.
