USTA introduces Online Services

by John Pawlak, the U.S. Trotting Association

Columbus, OH — It is now easier for U.S. Trotting Association members and customers to manage their transactions with the Association — on their own schedule.

Available immediately, they are able to accomplish many things on their own personal computers — 24 hours a day, seven days a week — that formerly required paperwork, or a phone call to the USTA offices. It’s called Online Services, and it permits individuals to:

  • Renew USTA membership;
  • Renew driver-trainer licenses;
  • Manage Hoof Beats subscriptions;
  • View Online Services purchase history;
  • Identify the horses members own or lease;
  • Deposit funds in a PATHWAY account;
  • Update the member or customer’s mailing addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses; and
  • Edit online preferences.

Those who wish to use Online Services should simply visit www.ustrotting.com. At the top of the page is a link for “Online Services.” Click there and then either log-in using an existing PATHWAY user name and password, or follow the steps to register if not a PATHWAY account holder. From there, access to the services mentioned above are made available.

Those who still want assistance in performing the above transactions should contact the USTA’s Customer Service Department staff at (800) 877-USTA, ext. 3 or send e-mail to customerservice@ustrotting.com.

In the coming months, the USTA will be working to expand Online Services to include even more features.
