Plainville, MA — Though the Red Sox season has been over for three weeks, Curt Schilling continues to win in the Boston area.

For the second consecutive week, Thunder Storm N, owned by Schilling, was a winner at Plainridge Racecourse. The veteran pacer led gate-to-wire en route to his second victory of the season in Monday’s (November 19) fifth race.

Trainer John Podres, Jr. was once again in the seat as Thunder Storm N was more than six lengths the best while covering the mile in 1:56.3. Thunder Storm N is closing in on $300,000 in career earnings.

Racing continues at Plainridge through November 29.
