Freehold, NJ — Muscle Shirt ($3.40, $2.60, $2.60) rebounded from two disappointing efforts to post her fourth win in six starts, capturing the $35,000 New Jersey Sires Stakes Green Acres Final for 2-year-old trotting fillies on Monday (October 8) at Freehold Raceway.

The daughter of Muscles Yankee–Paisley Yankee was driven by Trond Smedshammer. She trotted the mile in 2:00.2, finishing five lengths ahead of Smart Dream ($3.00, $2.80), who is by Dream Vacation. Katie’s Kiss ($6.40), a daughter of Muscles Yankee, was third by 5-3/4 lengths.

Muscle Shirt, a $67,000 Harrisburg Sale yearling purchase, races in the name of Irving Liverman of Hampstead, Quebec; Neal Goldman of Washington Township, N.J.; Alan Caplan of Manalapan, N.J. and Keith Dickstein of Las Vegas, Nev.

The Chuck Sylvester trainee has now earned $44,080.
