Harrington, DE — Scott Dillon’s Ideal Conditions returned to the Steve LeBlanc barn with a bang on Monday, August 20, winning the featured $20,000 winners over in 1:54.1 over a “sloppy” track at Harrington Raceway.
The 5-year-old Western Ideal gelding was claimed for $50,000 on July 14 at the Meadowlands. LeBlanc trained the horse approximately two summers ago, when he was a 3-year-old, before he was sold privately.
Driven by Tim Tetrick, Ideal Conditions surged late for a two length win over Bullion Bill A and Chewy Gross. It was his fifth win of the year as his bankroll increased to $112,000 in 2007.
Driver Tim Tetrick won four races on the 12-race program.
