Born and raised in downstate Casey, Illinois Warren started his career back in the early 80’s competing around the Prairie State on the county fair circuit.

With the days of bouncing around on the fair circuit a distant memory Warren, a tireless worker who also conditions seven head at Balmoral Park, has enjoyed success throughout the Midwest driving and training winners in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana as well as here on the Chicago circuit.

Two of Todd’s favorite steeds include his current Free For All star Yukon Cornelius and Flower King who he piloted to victory in the Invitational Trot at the tender age of 18 back in the heyday of Sportsman’s Park.
