Columbus, OH — The 35th edition of the Jug Preview, one of the premier prep races for the prestigious Little Brown Jug, highlights the 2004 stakes schedule at Scioto Downs in Columbus, Ohio.

A total of 81 three-year-old colt pacers are eligible for the September 11 event. Along with the Preview, Scioto Downs will play host to eight Ohio Sires Stakes Championships, as well as a $25,000 Invitational, to make for over $1 million in purses on Ohio Super Night.

The season kicks off on Thursday, May 6 and runs through September 18, with racing five nights a week, Tuesday-Saturday, post time 7:30 p.m.

In addition, deadlines for a number of the summer’s late closer series start on April 15.
