Brennan lights up tote board with trio of longshots

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – January 14, 2005 – It was a good night to bet on driver George Brennan at the Meadowlands.

The 37-year-old reinsman lit up the tote board with three double-digit winners on Friday night, starting with 30-1 shot Ray Gun [$61.60] in the first race and the 35-1 Nightmareonelm [$71.80] in the second.

Later on the card, he guided 15-1 Four Starzzz Itt [$32.60] to an upset in the featured sixth race, a $47,500 mares open. Brennan steered the five-year-old mare to a 1:51.2 victory, her second in two starts this season.

Four Starzzz Itt is trained by Erik Schulman and owned by FS Starzzzz Stable of Glenwood, New Jersey.
