Sears is scheduled to drive in five races at the Genesee County track Friday night.

Currently the leading driver at the Meadowlands racetrack in New Jersey, Sears has over $12 million in purse earnings this season, which ranks him only behind Tim Tetrick in that category, and is ranked tenth in overall wins with 366.

In 2005, Sears became the first driver to top $15 million in single-season earnings. He won his first pari-mutuel race while still in high school.

During his career the reinsman has won 6,507 races and his drives have earned over $86 million.
