Harrington, DE — Rodney Mitchell, Jr.’s Canaco Lily became the first repeat winner of Tuesday’s featured $15,000 Filly and Mare Open Pace with a 1:55.3 win at Harrington Raceway.

Driven by George Dennis, the six-year-old Jeremy’s Gambit mare set all the fractions in her one length win over Seasin and Lucille A. It was her eighth win of the year as her lifetime earnings soared past the $200,000 mark for trainer Phil Mitchell.

It was one of three wins for Rodney Mitchell-owned horses on the program and one of four wins for Dennis.

Racing continues Wednesday with a 5:30 p.m. post time.
