Harrington, DE — Wendy Crissman and 49 Stables Crossfire N earned her fourth win of the year, winning Tuesday’s $15,000 Filly and Mare Open in 1:55 at Harrington Raceway.

Driven by Mike Cole for trainer Chuck Crissman, Jr., Crossfire N settled third early behind pacesetting Hasty Dewar who set a modest half mile in :573, which is when Crossfire N made her first over charge. She began to wear down the leaders approaching the top of the stretch and outfought Cams Little Imp N (Brad Hanners) to the wire in a tight photo finish.

Tim Hundertpfund’s Real Hush won his third consecutive race and fifth in his last six starts in the program’s fourth race. The three-year-old Real Artist gelding made a quarter pole move to the front and held on for the win. He was driven by Ross Wolfenden, who had a driving double, as did Kevin Sizer, Brad Hanners and Steve Warrington.

Racing continues Wednesday with a 5:30 p.m. post time.
