Donttellmywife trotted the fastest NYSS mile of the night when capturing his $42,822 division in 2:02.1.

Guided from post seven by Jeff Gregory, Donttellmywife had no intentions on settling during the early stages of the trot, battling intently for the top spot while parked through an opening quarter-mile that went in :31. After clearing the front on the second turn, Donttellmywife trotted confidently on the lead through middle fractions of 1:02 and 1:32.3, coming home untested in :29.3 to post a visually impressive 1-3/4 length victory.

Owned by Nicola Oliva, Shannon Di Antonio, and trainer George Ducharme, the son of Malabar Man-Nowerland Sweet T is unbeaten in three career starts, adding Sire Stakes victories at Yonkers Raceway and Tioga Downs to his Saratoga triumph.

Judge Joe continued his undefeated juvenile campaign on Tuesday, visiting the winner’s circle for the fourth time after capturing his $42,822 Sire Stakes split in 2:02.2 for Doug Ackerman Stables Inc., trainer Doug Ackerman, and driver D.R. Ackerman.

The son of Credit Winner-Judge Judy tracked the early leader from the pocket through an opening panel that went in :29.2, before sweeping to the front with one aggressive move on the second turn, cutting middle fractions of 1:01 and 1:32.3 before trotting the last quarter in :29.4 to score by 1-3/4 lengths.

Affirmed Action led every step of the way en route to a 2:03 victory in his $42,822 Sire Stakes division for John Grasso Stable Inc. and trainer John Grasso.

Driven by Jason Bartlett, the son of Conway Hall-Joann’s Action was parked on the lead through an opening quarter in :29.1, then cleared to the front on the second turn to post middle fractions of 1:01.2 and 1:32.3 before covering the final panel in :30.2 to tally a 1-1/4 length victory.

Coal Daily notched his second Sire Stakes victory of his young career when prevailing in his $42,822 split in 2:04.2 for the ownership of Alton E. Lynch, Jr. Inc. and trainer/driver Toby Lynch, Jr.

The son of Conway Hall-Trapeze Artist was never challenged throughout, showing the way through fractions of :30.2, 1:02.1, and 1:34 before trotting home effortlessly to score by two lengths.

Two winners emerged from the opening $42,822 Sire Stakes event of the night as Xelerating and Rookie Mistake hit the wire together to dead-heat for the victory in 2:04.4.

Xelerating, a son of Conway Hall-Suydance, is owned by Duke Did It Stable and was driven by trainer John Stark, Jr., while Kenneth Jacobs’ Rookie Mistake, a son of CR Excalibur-Nowhere Fast, comes from the barn of Bob Bloodgood and was piloted by Frank Coppola, Jr.

Conway Hall sired three winners on the Sire Stakes card, while offspring of CR Excalibur, Malabar Man, and Credit Winner each tallied a victory.
