Five for Manzi

FREEHOLD, NJ – – Cat Manzi, the leading driver in North America this year and Freehold’s perennial driving champ, notched five winners on the 15 race slate at Freehold Raceway on Wednesday.
Manzi started off his big day with a win aboard Bloodstock’s Art ($2.20), added Spirited Storm ($3.20), The Perfect Man ($2.60), and Future’s So Bright, then finished up by guiding Weekend Warrior ($2.80) to victory in the 13th race on the card.
Manzi, a 54-year-old resident of Freehold and member of Harness Racing’s Hall of Fame, now has 661 driving victories in 2005.
He leads all drivers in wins at the current Freehold meeting and has been the leading driver at Freehold 18 times.
