Ft. Washington, MD — Goodbye Daddy will aim for two consecutive wins in the $4,200 Winner’s Over Trot at Rosecroft Raceway on Friday, May 23.

The 6-year-old Master Lavec gelding, owned and driven by Frank Milby, won last week’s event with a wire-to-wire trip in 1:58.1. Trained by Don Milby, the gelding is marked at 5-2 odds and will face the starter in post two.

Eagle Road may be a top contender at 3-1 early odds in post five. Owned and trained by Andrew Markano, the 5-year-old CR Commando gelding finished second to Goodbye Daddy last week, just missing by a head. Victor Kirby will again be aboard for the drive this week.

Rounding out the field are Town Meister (Daryl Bier, 9-2), Concertino (Donnie Russell, 6-1), Amber Alert (Sam Belote, 6-1), Buck I D (John Wagner, 9-2) and Spinning For Gold (Mark Gray, 8-1).

Friday’s post time is 6:30 p.m.
