Columbus, OH — The first ever twilight racing card at Harrah’s Chester takes place on Monday night (April 13) as the 2009 season opens at the Philadelphia area oval.

Post time will be 5:00 p.m. for a 13-race card, highlighted by a $22,000 conditioned trot in race 11.

Harrah’s Chester will offer racing on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday schedule. Beginning May 22, Fridays will be added until October 2. Post time will be 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday. Post time on Sunday will be 1:15 p.m.

A special Tuesday race card will be offered this week since there was no racing on Easter Sunday. Post time for that 13-race program will also be at 5:00 p.m.
