Important message for AOL users
March 8, 2004,After tracking down a number of complaints about non-received USTA e-mail sent to AOL users, we have confirmed there is a widespread issue with AOL e-mail addresses.
AOL appears to be treating messages originating from ustrotting.com as SPAM, and moving these e-mails into the recipient’s quarantine folder. So far, the reason for this action by AOL has not been explained by their technical support staff.
We strongly encourage you, as an AOL subscriber, to call their technical support staff to complain about this example of non-SPAM e-mail being treated incorrectly.
