HARRINGTON, Del. – Doc and Me Inc. and Rojan Stable’s Kilowatt breezed to a 1:52.2 win in Monday’s featured $18,500 Open Pace at Harrington Raceway, setting a new track record for aged pacing stallions.

Driven by Hal Belote for trainer Chuck Crissman Jr., the 5-year-old Western Hanover stallion set all the fractions in his half-length win as his lifetime bankroll soared to over $500,000. It was his second straight win. Black Cat Bone finished second with Mr. Thinker third.

Earlier on the program, Jack Claypoole’s HR’s Mr Kelly set a track record for horses going 1 1/16 miles with a front-stepping 2:00.4 victory for trainer/driver Roger Hammer. The former mark was held by Ashlee’s Big Guy (2:01.3).

Rodney Mitchell’s Extra Fine Cam (Eddie Davis) cruised to a 1:53 win in the $16,500 Delaware Special over Future Treasure and Monsoon Hall.

Driver Jim Morand won three races on the program.

Racing continues Tuesday with a 5:30 p.m. post time.
