Chester PA — Owen Franklin’s Georgian Bay, sent off at odds of 332-1, established a Harrah’s Chester Casino & Racetrack record for highest win payoff in capturing Thursday’s (November 8) second race.

The 3-year-old daughter of Island Fantasy parlayed a second-over trip for Jonathan Roberts into a three-quarter length score in 1:55.4. She returned $666.20 for every $2 win ticket sold.

Morning lined as the race’s rank outsider, Georgian Bay entered Thursday’s contest with five victories from 21 lifetime starts, and took a lifetime mark of 1:55.3 at Rideau Carleton earlier this year.

She had finished seventh at Harrah’s Chester a week ago in the same “non-winners of three extended pari-mutuel races or $30,000 lifetime” condition for fillies and mares 4-years of age and under.

Later on the card, Tim Tetrick notched his 997th and 998th victories on the year, winning the day’s third race with Millie Time and piloting Twin B Tiara to account for race eight.
