Columbus, OH — Veteran driver Art McIlmurray celebrated a big night this past Tuesday at Hazel Park Raceway, when he scored wins in six of the track’s 12 races.

McIlmurray, who is enjoying his best year in a decade, scored in races three, six, seven, nine, 11, and 12.

The 49-year-old Detroit native has scored 95 wins to date in 2007, and hadn’t reached that number of wins in an entire year since he posted 95 in 1997.

In his career, he has driven 2,655 winners and horses who have won $12 million.
