Springfield, IL — Due to the heavy rains that hit the Springfield, Illinois area early on Monday morning, the August 17 harness racing program at the Illinois State Fairgrounds has been postponed until Tuesday, August 18.

Originally scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. (central) start on Tuesday, the program will now begin at 2:00 p.m. (central).
