Mutineer sets track record at Balmoral

Using Sunday night’s $16,000 Open trot as a tune-up for next Saturday’s $235,000 American National Aged Trot, Mutineer put his name into the Balmoral Park record books as the fastest four-year-old trotting colt in track history as he tripped the timer in 1:53.0.
Driven to victory by David Miller, who is one of North America’s top reinsman, this winner of nearly $500,000 was in front at every call as he rolled through fractions of 28.1, 57.2 & 1:26.0.
The previous record of 1:53.1 was set in last year’s American National Aged Trot by the great Rotation.
