Saratoga Springs, NY — Pacey Deucey won his second consecutive start by taking the featured Open Pace at Saratoga Gaming and Raceway on Saturday night, June 16.

Trainer-driver Brian Cross and Pacey Deucey easily grabbed the lead from their inside post before PH Tidal Wave and Denis St. Pierre took over past a :28.4 opening quarter. Uncontent with the pocket trip, Cross and his charge retook and led the way past the half in :58.2 and the three-quarters in 1:27.1.

Into the homestretch, PH Tidal Wave challenged the leader, but Pacey Deucey was well in hand, winning by a length in 1:55. Four Starzzz Scout finished third.
