Pandy’s Meadowlands $50,000 Guaranteed Pick 4 with 15% Takeout, Races 7-10, Saturday, April 18, by Bob Pandolfo

Last night I had some nice winners but not in the Pick-4. I used a $12.00 ticket and wasn’t close.

Meet totals: Standard ticket, 29 plays -$358.00, Whale ticket, 10 plays, -$395.00

Standard ticket: $0.50 cent play: none
Whale ticket: $0.50 cent play: 129/128/17/3910 = $27.00

Analysis:

Race 7: Pretty tough sequence tonight. I’m using Mister Virgin (1), Dapper Dude, (9) and Dynamic Youth (2) here, but they are the three most obvious contenders.

Race 8: I thought this race was ripe for an upset. My top pick, Johnny Z (8), has a shot at a price but I also used Sweet Beach (1) and Legends Luck (2).

Race 9: Rockaholic (1) should go well here off the claim by a hot barn. I also included Cajon Hot Shot (7) off that sharp win last week.

Race 10: Lady Spartacus (3) is improving. Gweneeee J (9) is not much value but has a chance. Storm Point is dangerous for Burke.
