I didn’t hit Saturday night, minus $12.00, which brings the total to minus $561.00 for the first 35 nights; I haven’t hit one so far this meet. Looks hittable tonight but it’s The Big M, so it’s always a challenge. I’m getting a little more aggressive tonight and trying three different tickets. The total cost is $56.00, which I think is my biggest outlay so far this meet.
$1 play: 9/47/1268/38 = $16.00
$1 play: 49/47/1268/38 = $24.00
$2 play: 9/7/1268/38 = $16.00
Analysis:
6th Race: (9) FOUR STARZ ROE looked like the second coming of Shady Daisy when she made a monstrous third quarter brush to bury weaker at Yonkers two back, then she stepped up and crushed again. I’ll single her on one ticket and play it safter on another ticket and use (4) ROCK N SOUL.
7th Race: (7) MYSTERY PHOTO makes his second start off the layoff for a strong trotting barn and is clearly the fastest trotter in this race. I’m going to use (4) HE’S SPOOKY only because I think he’s got a shot at a price if Mystery Photo disappoints.
8th Race: This is the most wide open race of the sequence. I’ll go 4 deep, (1) SHAKY HANOVER, (2) SAY ANYTHING, (6) RUSTY’S MARTINI, and (8) SHAYNA BABY.
9th Race: Pretty wide open trot but I’m going with the two most obvious horses, (3) UNEFOISDANSMAVIE and (8) WESTSIDE LINDY. Both raced well in the Temple Doom race and that horse has considerable class.
