Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 7-10, Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016

One of my singles won and I had three of four last Friday, -$4.50. Meet results: Standard tickets, 2 for 21, -$62.45 — two winners, one for $81.95 and another for $165.10.

Standard Ticket: 50-cent play: 457810/8/126/1 = $7.50
Whale Ticket: none

Analysis:

Race 7: I think there’s two ways you could go here, either single (8) Sheeza Shark N, who steps up sharp with red hot driver, or spread. I’m going to use five in this field, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 10. In 2017 my plan is to try to use more horses in some races and single or use two in other races.

Race 8: (8) P L Icabod broke in last, drops, and he won easily over the track two back.

Race 9: I’m going to try three here, 1, 2, 6. It’s a wide open pace.

Race 10: (1) Starlingmoon ships in sharp from Saratoga and I’m going to use her as a single here.
