Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 7-10, Friday, Feb. 1, 2013

$1 play: 34510/56/610/68 = $32

Analysis:

Race 7: It doesn’t get much tougher than this first leg, a wide open group of classy mares. I used all four of my contenders, (3) Cowboys Dreamer, (4) Ramona Disomma, (5) Autumn Magic, and (10) Delightful Diva.

Race 8: (6) Soapy Sap is the obvious choice off the drop but I’m also using a longshot, (5) Hoboken Sonny, who may improve over this track after breaking at Yonkers.

Race 9: Tough race. (6) Real Babe was the only horse to go wire-to-wire last Friday and David Miller took this one over two others. (10) Take My Picture gets post 10 but also takes a key drop and gets Tetrick back.

Race 10: Good chance for a longshot winner in this 1-1/16th mile 12 horse bottom level claimer. I used two, (6) The Other Creek ships in for Burke and drops. (8) Laguna Beach is a classy veteran.
