Last night I tried a $24.00 Whale ticket and I had three of the four winners. I had a really good night. In the 5th, my Best Bet won and paid $15.00. In the 9th my top pick won and paid $20.00. I also had two other top winners that paid $8.40 and $2.80. In the 2nd, my second choice won and paid $19.00 and a three horse box of my top three picks hit the $134.40 exacta and $240.00 trifecta. In the first five races I had all of the winners in this order, my 3rd choice, 2nd, top pick, 3rd, and my top pick $15.00 Best Bet, and the Pick-5 paid $27,930.10.

Meet totals: standard ticket, 14 plays -$182.00, Whale ticket, 4 plays, -$133.00

Whale ticket: $0.50 cent play: 27/678/234/457 = $27.00

Analysis:

Race 7: (2) Shebestingin will be a short price here. I wouldn’t bet her but she could be tough to beat. I’m also going to use the seven, (7) Sir Jilian Z Tam.

Race 8: This is another wide open race, so I used three of my contenders, (6) Well Built, (7) Dewycolorintheline, and (8) Evil Urges.

Race 9: (2) Inittowinafortune drops and gets a good spot while in solid form. I’m also using (3) Four Starz Roe, a veteran mare who can accelerate sharply and drops off a first-over try, and (4) Ballineen, another dropper.

Race 10: (5) B L Class Act, (4) Worth The Money As, and (7) Twisted Pretzel show the most here.
