Saturday night my $60 ticket did not hit. I have one hit so far this year for $1,144.50 on the whale ticket and no winners on the standard tickets. Meet totals: 18 plays, 0 hits, -$668. Whale ticket: eight plays, one hit, -$1,583.50.
Standard ticket: $1 play: 4/17910/1678/5789 = $64
Whale ticket: $1 play: 49/17910/1678/all = $320
Analysis:
Race 7: (4) Long Flight Hanover showed speed from post nine over a track that favored closers in his last start and now gets a big driver change. I’m going to single this one.
Race 8: This is a wide open trot. I’m going to use all four of my listed contenders.
Race 9: This C-2 trot is also wide open so I’m using all four of my listed contenders.
Race 10: The final race of the Pick-4 is the toughest of alll, a group of C-2 pacers and this is a race where anything can happen. I used all four of my contenders. On my whale ticket I went for the all button in this race.
