Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 7-10, Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017

Last night minus $40.00. The favorites are only winning at 28 percent this meet and the Late Pick-4 races are the toughest races to handicap. Consequently, I’m going to use larger tickets. My meet results so far, 0 for 6, minus $116.50.

Standard Ticket: 50-cent play: all/26/34/24689 = $100.00
Whale Ticket: none

Analysis:

Race 7: There isn’t a horse in this race that doesn’t have a chance. I used all of them.

Race 8: (2) Blatantly Best is overdue, but my top pick is (6) Dreamlands Art, who comes out of a faster field.

Race 9: I’m going to try two here. My top pick is (4) Dancingwithdelight, and some people may single this one. But I want to use (3) Jetski Louie, a horse that I thought had a shot at a price last week, but tonight he gets a top catch driver.

Race 10: This is a wide open race so I’m going to go five deep, (2) Reasonable Force, (4) Twin B Speedo, (6) Calvin B, (8) Sassy Hanover and (9) Jacksrluckytoo.
