Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Friday, July 13, 2018

I had two of four in the Pick-4 last Saturday night, minus $8. Meet totals, 6 for 49, plus $172.45. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick 4 betting, the next ranked horse in my regular Meadowlands selections that are on the USTA website becomes the replacement pick.

50-cent play: 49/146/4/1468= $12

Analysis:

Race 8: (4) Dunbar Hall is my upset pick, he comes out of a very fast race. (9) Pinkman is back in form and may be tough to beat.

Race 9: This is a wide open 2-year-old race. Two of these fillies are very well bred, (4) Check Out Trixie and (6) Susy, and another, (1) Speed Titan, prepped sharply. I’ll use these three.

Race 10: (4) Brady Bunch prepped well and trainer Erv Miller is very good with first time starters.

Race 11: This is either a wide open race, or the favorite (8) Majestic Sunset could win easily. I’m going to use all four of my listed contenders here, 1, 4, 6, 8.
