Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 9-12, Saturday, July 15, 2017

My $24 ticket only had two of four last night. My meet results so far, 6 for 68, winners paid $394.55 for 50-cents, $41.65 for 50-cents, $85.00 for $1, $103.60 for 50-cents, $60.10 for 50-cents, $8.15 for 50-cents, minus $258.40. Whale tickets, 0 for 3, minus $100.

Standard Ticket: 50-cent ticket: 45/58/14,10/145 = $18
Whale Ticket: 50-cent play: none

Analysis:

Race 9: (4) Huntsville is the obvious favorite but I picked (5) Downbytheseaside after his tough trip over a tiring track at Pocono last time.

Race 10: (5) Boston Red Rocks has a good chance to upset. I also used veteran (8) Clear Vision. This is a wide open race.

Race 11: (10) Lady Shadow wasn’t that sharp last week but she is obviously the one to beat. I’m also using my top pick (1) Pure Country, and (4) Nike Franco N.

Race 12: I think (1) Rubio has a chance to upset switching to the two turn track, but I also used (4) Long Tom and (5) What The Hill. These are the three likely betting choices.
