Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Friday, July 27, 2018

The Pick-4 paid $57.80 Friday night, and I hit it. Saturday night I went three for four in the Pick-4, minus $25. Meet totals, 7 for 53, plus $139.25. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick-4 betting, the next ranked horse in my regular Meadowlands selections that are on the USTA website becomes the replacement pick.

Tonight’s ticket: 50-cent play: 1/2345/17/137 = $12

Analysis:

Race 8: (1) Windsun Glory steps up and heads a Burke entry. I’ll try a single here.

Race 9: This is a wide open trot race. I’m using all four of my listed contenders, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Race 10: (1) Meteoric came back off a layoff with a nice effort. (7) Arrakis was used hard leaving in last. I’m using these two but it’s a tricky trot race.

Race 11: (1) Clara Bea drops and should improve. (3) Sudden Change N ships in and drops and is my top pick here. (7) Icommandmyspirit has class and likes this track.
