Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Saturday, July 7, 2018

I had three of the four winners on top in the Pick-4 last night, but missed the ninth race, minus $24. Meet totals, 6 for 48, plus $180.45. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick-4 betting, the next ranked horse in my regular Meadowlands selections that are on the USTA website becomes the replacement pick.

50-cent play: 8/25/23/2367 = $8

Analysis:

Race 8: (8) Dorsoduro Hanover should get the lead in this elimination race and I think he can be tough to catch.

Race 9: (2) Durant and (5) Rock The Nite both ship in off big efforts at Yonkers.

Race 10: (2) Donttellmeagain finished well in a tough field in a $500,000 race last start, and (3) Western Joe always races well here.

Race 11: (3) Griffon Hanover is my top pick but I’m going to cover this race with all four of my listed contenders, 2, 3, 6, 7.
