Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 7-10, Friday, June 14, 2013

Last week’s results: I hit the Pick-4 for the third time this meet on Saturday. My $16 ticket returned $96.80. Earlier in the meet my $18 ticket returned $163.60 and I also hit it for $206.60 on a $16 ticket, so this has been a good meet. Over the last three nights I picked 22 winners on top in 40 races for a substantial profit. Tonight’s Pick-4 looks hittable. I used two singles and played for $2 instead of $1.

$2 play: 3/7/68/356 = $12

Analysis:

Race 7: (3) Abrokenheart Hanover was my single last week and she raced gamely against the bias and finished second. I’ll stick with her.

Race 8: (7) E L Rocket will probably be a short price off the barn and driver changes but I’ll single him; based on the qualifier, he looks much improved.

Race 9: (6) Nightly Terror and (8) If I Didn’t Care are the two most obvious horses here but I’ll stick with them.

Race 10: This is the toughest race of the sequence. (6) Marcus Bi raced well against the bias in last, (5) T P Lucy had the bias in her favor but could repeat with a good trip, and (3) Captain Primeau gets a key driver change to Gingras. I’ll use these three.
