Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Saturday, June 16, 2018

I wasn’t close in the late Pick-4 last night, minus $15. Meet totals, 6 for 42, plus $274.45. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick-4 betting, the next ranked horse in my Meadowlands selections becomes the replacement pick.

50-cent play: 7/568/39,10/1368 = $18

Analysis:

Race 8: (7) Awesomeness takes a sharp drop and I’ll use him as a single here.

Race 9: (6) Bay Rum raced gamely in last but I’m also using (8) Always A Diamond off the driver change to Victory Kirby, and (5) One More Miracle.

Race 10: (9) Swapportunity could be much the best here as he ships in from Pocono and drops to the bottom, but I’m also using (10) Hope For Badlands and (3) Urbanite Hanover, as both also drop down.

Race 11: My top pick is (8) Quality Bud who drops while racing in good form but (3) More Dragon is the one to beat off a drop in class. (1) Spicebomb likes this track, and (6) Live On finished well in last.
