Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Saturday, June 2, 2018

I had three of four again last night, three times in a row, minus $18. Meet totals, 6 for 38, plus $367.45.

Standard Ticket: 50-cent play: 1345/23/57/1237 = $32
Whale Ticket: 50-cent play: none

Analysis:

Race 8: Tonight’s late Pick-4 seems more difficult than it’s been the past several cards. In this race, I’m going to use all four of my listed contenders, 1, 3, 4, 5.

Race 9: (2) Hillbilly Hanover gets a better spot and has back class. I’m also using (3) Mister Indiana, who raced well against similar in his last two starts.

Race 10: (7) Justified should go well here as the veteran drops while in good form. He’s my Best Bet tonight but I want to use (5) Nobles Finesse, who is third off the layoff and could be live at a price here.

Race 11: This is a race that seems wide open. I’m going to use all four of my listed contenders, 1, 2, 3, 7. I think the horse to beat is (2) Yo Apollo Creed, but he is 0 for 14 this year and only has two career wins, so I don’t trust him.
