Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 7-10, Saturday, June 28, 2014

Last night I went with a $6.00 ticket since the sequence looked impossible and only had one winner. I’ve hit the Pick-4 three times this meet. Championship meet totals: Standard ticket, 13 plays, -$4.40. Whale ticket: seven plays, +$238.75.

Standard ticket: 50 cent play: 12/12/79/47 = $8.00
Whale ticket: 50 cent play: none

Analysis:

Race 7: Tough one again tonight. I’m going to use my top two picks in each race. (1) Somewhere in L A was game beating similar in last. (2) Hang Ten just missed racing without cover.

Race 8: (1) Mattador D is capable of an upset and gets a driver change. (2) Andrew Luck is always a threat at this level.

Race 9: (7) Mighty Young Joe was used forcing a fast first quarter against tougher. (9) Mojo Terror returns and has some class.

Race 10: This is a wide open race. (4) Willy Mucha is 20-1 on the morning line but has a good chance here. (7) My Last Chance drops back to winning level.
