Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Saturday, June 9, 2018

I had two out of four in the Pick-4 last night, minus $36. Meet totals, 6 for 40, plus $307.45. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick-4 betting, the next ranked horse in my Meadowlands selections becomes the replacement pick.

50-cent play: 1467/1/145/257 = $18

Analysis:

Race 8: The sequence is pretty tough tonight. In this first leg, I’m using all four of my listed contenders, 1, 4, 6, 7.

Race 9: I’m going to try a single here using the one entry. Both horses have a good shot.

Race 10: (4) Spicebomb likes this track and is my top pick. (1) War-N-Munn ships in and drops. (5) Hillbilly Hanover has some back class and seems to be rounding into form.

Race 11: This is a pretty good betting race, wide open. I’m going to use my top three ranked contenders, 2, 5, 7.
