Meadowlands $50,000 Guaranteed Pick 4, Races 6-9, Saturday, May 28

After 6 nights at the Meadowlands I’m down $154 and haven’t hit a Pick 4. Last night I had a good shot for $18 but my single, Habanero, finished 2nd. I had the other three races. Tonight I’m playing $2 tickets and going small.

Analysis:

Race 6: I’m a big fan of Big Jim and I’ll single him here.

Race 7: Southwestern Dream should be tough to beat here but I don’t want to let Takeshigemichi to beat me. He usually wins off drops like this so I’ll use him too.

Race 8: Lettherockbegin had the bias in his favor last week but I still think he can repeat. I alsoused Rollwithitharry, who gets a better post for his third start of the season.

Race 9: This race doesn’t have any stand outs and could be a tough race in the sequence. I used Blue Claw, who drops down and has done well in the past off this type of drop, and I used Roburascal n, who could upset with a trip.
