Peaceful Way co-owners Joe Myers of Goin My Way Stable and Angie Stiller celebrate their win in the Breeders Crown.

PEACEFUL WAY was away in good order from the inside allowing several in front, made a wicked brush shortly before the half and cleared the front with ease, controlled the pace under rating through the final turn, opened up in early stretch and was only mildly urged through the stretch to complete a safe and dominant Breeders Crown victory. MYSTICAL SUNSHINE was out on the final turn, swept three wide late on that bend and eventually was pushed four wide, rallied with sharp trot while under urging narrowing in gamely in the late stages. HOUSETHATRUTHBUILT outsprinted the field to the lead in the initial eighth mile, yielded to pressure before the half, edged out late final turn and was briefly blindswitched, edged three deep in early stretch and rallied willingly late. WINDYLANE HANOVER left in good order, made a sharp move past the quarter to clear the top near the half, yielded to the winner’s speed burst past the half, kept with that one into the stretch but lost contact soon after. SNAZZY MILLIE was shot like a cannon to the lead and yielded readily, had room to come out final turn but elected to sit in, angled for freedom in midstretch but lacked a solid bid. ECSTATIC attempted to follow PEACEFUL WAY’s bid on the outside but didn’t have the quickness, labored on the rim making gradual progress but surrendered late final turn. BRAMASOLE offered little from the back. SOUTHWIND SASHA moved to the outside past the half but gapped cover and weakened.
