Yonkers, NY — A number of upsets on Friday night’s (October 1) program at Yonkers Raceway, including a 49-1 stunner by Play The Field in the fifth race, led to the Pick 5 and Pick 6 both going unsolved. As a result, there will be a $4,288.72 carryover and a $15,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick 5 and a $2,110.02 carryover in the Pick 6 on Saturday nights (Oct. 2) card.

The guarantee in the Pick 5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program. Free past performances for the Pick 5, courtesy of TrackMaster, will be available here. The Pick 5, which begins in race five, and the Pick 6, which gets underway in race three, each have a takeout rate of 20 percent.

Saturday night’s 10-race card at Yonkers kicks off at 7:15 p.m. The feature, the $48,000 Open Handicap Trot, is the ninth event.
