Dover, DE — Corey Callahan and Jim Morand drove three winners each on the last Sunday card of the season at Dover Downs.

Mike Cassalino’s Viking Defender began a three-win night for Callahan and the first of two wins for trainer Dylan Davis. The Muscles Yankee-Viking’s Goddess 4-year-old turned in a lifetime best 1:56.3 decision to win a $12,500 trot. Pefect Man (Vic Kirby) was runner-up. Rapsong (George Dennis), the race favorite, had to settle for third.

Art’s Super Star was a 1:54.1 winner for Jim Morand.

Jim Morand drove Elmer Fannin and George Teague, Jr. Inc.’s Art’s Super Star to victory in a $12,600 Delaware male pace, one of three winning drives for Morand. The Artsplace-Candy Super Star colt sat alongside pace-setting American Peace (Ross Wolfenden) from mid-backstretch until deep in the lane before pulling away for his second straight and third win in five starts this year. Out Having Fun (Ben Stafford, Jr.) was the third-place horse.

JVs Tank and Jon Roberts’ first of two winning drives, chalked up a 1:53.3 triumph in a $12,600 pace. Wendy Crissman owns the Mach Three-JVs Jiffy 4-year-old. Art Of Illusion (Art Stafford, Jr.) just missed in second. Shark Tooth (Brandon Givens) was the show horse.
