Freehold, NJ — Radar Sign, driven by Jack Moiseyev, made every pole a winning one in capturing the featured $17,000 Invitational handicap for pacers at Freehold Raceway on Saturday.

Radar Sign, a four-year-old son of Life Sign, cut fractions of :284, :583, and 1:27 on the way to a one and one-half length victory in 1:553. A late-arriving Whosurboy (Jim Morrill, Jr.) finished second with Star Bonus A (Dan Dube) taking third, three lengths behind the winner.

Radar Sign won for the first time this year in four outings in winning the Freehold main event for his owners, Newman Racing Stable, Jerry Silva, Sampson Street Stables and Rosalie Silva. Sent postward as the odds-on favorite, the Nat Varty-trained stallion returned $3.60 to win.
