On Tuesday (June 11), Northfield Park will be offering a $10,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick-4. The Pick-4 has a reduced takeout rate of just 14 percent and starts in the eighth race.

Analysis:

Race 8: (2) Its A Deal just won his most recent effort; steps up in class but looks to be able to score again. (7) Button Fly has consecutive victories but has a tough post to overcome.

Race 9: (2) Wild Ride has two straight wins and looks for a threepeat tonight. (4) La’sent should not be overlooked in here. (9) Lima Apollo should get a good trip from the second tier.

Race 10: (4) Stately Art won last time after being parked the mile; could do well again this week. (5) Green Olives drops in class and has a big shot to score against softer competition.

Race 11: (1) Justa Little Crazy draws the inside advantage and that advantage may be key to posting a victory in here. (4) Earlymorninarrival has the ability to be prominently placed on the ticket. (7) Sandbar Slugger could do well in the highly competitive race but has a bad post position to overcome.
